Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 1 September 2026 · REMAROBE Electrical Engineering
These Terms & Conditions govern use of REMAROBE?s website, online store, quotations and engineering-related services. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Products, services and quotes
REMAROBE provides electrical engineering, solar, industrial-support and related product-supply services. Images, specifications, availability and prices may change. Customers must confirm suitability for their intended application. A quote is not acceptance of an order; orders are accepted only when confirmed by REMAROBE and applicable payment or credit approval is received.
Orders, delivery and installation
We may correct obvious listing errors, limit quantities, request verification or decline/cancel an order where permitted by law. Delivery dates are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing. Customers must supply accurate delivery details and safe site access. Installation and commissioning may require a separate scope, assessment and safety requirements.
Technical and safety responsibility
Website content, calculator outputs and preliminary guidance are informational only; they do not replace a project-specific engineering design, site survey, approval or qualified installation. Equipment must be installed, used and maintained by competent personnel in line with manufacturer instructions and applicable law.
Returns, warranties and liability
Returns and warranties are subject to the order, product condition, manufacturer terms and applicable law. Custom, installed, used, damaged or specially sourced items may not be returnable except where required by law or agreed in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REMAROBE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service, unless liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Site use and governing law
You must not misuse the site, bypass security, submit unlawful content or reproduce REMAROBE materials without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update them by posting a revised version here; disputes should first be raised with REMAROBE in good faith.
These terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel to reflect REMAROBE?s final commercial processes and regulatory obligations.
